Returns and Refunds Policy - FixoMania

Shipping

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 business day before shipping (we do not ship on weekends). This includes order review, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Shipping method: Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
  • Shipping destination: We currently ship mainly to Spain and Portugal. Some remote areas may be excluded. If you experience difficulties placing your order, contact us at support@fixomania.store.
  • Shipping confirmation: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times: Delivery is estimated within 48 hours after dispatch. However, times may vary due to external circumstances.

Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • Pay in cash directly to the courier upon receiving your package.
    • This method allows you to shop with confidence without making any upfront payments.
    • No refunds are issued on Cash on Delivery orders, but we offer a 30-day guarantee in the event of manufacturing defects (see details below).
    • We do not accept returns on COD orders, as managing returns with this method is not possible.
  • Bank card payment:
    • Secure payment via SSL, ensuring a protected and fast transaction.

Returns and Refunds

  • Period to report an issue: 30 days from delivery.
  • Returns and refund conditions:
    • We only replace products with manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns due to misuse of the product.
    • Returns of promotional products are not accepted.
    • Products must be in their original condition with intact packaging.
  • 30-day manufacturing defect guarantee:
    • If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will resend a new product at no cost.
    • To validate the guarantee, you must send clear evidence of the defect (photos or videos) to our customer service at support@fixomania.store.
    • Once the request is approved, a new product will be sent within the following days at no additional charge.
  • Returns process:
    1. Send clear photos of the product for evaluation.
    2. The customer covers return shipping costs (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).
    3. Refunds are only processed if tracked shipping is used.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours, so we recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to receive it.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (card payments only):
    • PayPal: Immediate refund.
    • Bank card: 5 to 7 business days.
